These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and WTC888 ("Platform", "We", "Company") in connection with the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by WTC888.

You are solely responsible for:

WTC888 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before processing any withdrawal, for the purposes of fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal per transaction: RM 50
• Withdrawals will be processed within 3 to 15 minutes for Malaysian e-wallets and DuitNow.
• Withdrawals to FPX bank accounts may take up to 1 business day to process.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account held in the name of the registered member.

WTC888 reserves the right to temporarily place a hold on withdrawals for the purposes of security review, identity verification, or investigation of suspicious activity. Members will be informed should any unexpected delay occur.

All bonuses and promotions offered by WTC888, including a Welcome Bonus of up to RM 888, daily cashback, and special promotions, are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries a turnover requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Welcome Bonus Turnover Requirements WTC888 is 5× the bonus amount received.
• The period to fulfil the turnover requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash.
• Each promotion has an expiry date — expired bonuses will not be re-credited.

WTC888 reserves the right to void or modify any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, use of bots, or breach of terms. All decisions made by WTC888 shall be final in this regard.

General principles applicable to all games on WTC888:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any technology to manipulate games or betting.
• Exploiting any bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Committing identity fraud or using another person's account.
• Owning or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

In the event that WTC888 detects or suspects any of the activities listed above, we reserve the right to immediately block the account, withhold any associated balance or winnings, and report to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, WTC888 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance in the account. Any real money balance that has been deposited (not derived from bonuses) will be returned at the discretion of WTC888 upon completion of the investigation.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the customer support team. All eligible balances will be paid out in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
